With PhotoCircle, Ash Production’s Media Management Process Goes From Disaster to Collaborating with Ease
Ash Productions is one of the nation’s major dance production companies. Working with many Dancing with the Stars veterans, Ash Productions is the one-stop for dance and fitness needs. Founded in 2010, Ash Productions hosts twenty-one yearly events with up to one thousand participants. Routines and performances are broadcast online for parents and supporters alike to watch.
“BeforePhotoCircle, we were using everything in the kitchen sink to manage our media.”
Operating National Dance Conventions in cities across the nation is a daunting task. With two to three professional photographers capturing hundreds of photos and videos per performance, media organization was disastrous.
Searching for performance-specific shots from thousands of images was nearly impossible. The best images were often lost in the seemingly infinite list of photos and videos uploaded at the end of each convention.
With PhotoCircle, Ash Productions could easily upload, organize & sort their media, resulting in hours saved and the best shots being used.
“The Simplicity of PhotoCircle is where the Magic is”
Creating a Circle per event, Ash Production’s staff quickly identify what photos were taken when, in which location, and at what event. Removing many steps, PhotoCircle allows for local downloading, significantly improving access. Today, with PhotoCircle, Ash Production’s process has become accessible and organized.
