Predictable pricing based on school size. Organizational ownership. No surprises.School size is the number of students enrolled in the part of your school that will use PhotoCircle. For example, if you have an upper and lower school that consists of 1,200 students but PhotoCircle will only be used in the lower school (which has 800 students), 800 would be the correct enrollment number to use.

Does PhotoCircle sell or share our data with anyone?
No. PhotoCircle never sells or shares names, contact information, photos, videos, or the contents of your Circles. Your school owns the content its staff upload.
Do you sign our student data privacy agreement?
Yes. PhotoCircle has signed the National Data Privacy Agreement (NDPA) and is listed on the Student Data Privacy Consortium (SDPC) Registry in 17 states, including California through CITE’s California Student Privacy Alliance (CSPA). We’re also a TEC Student Data Privacy Agreement provider. Contact us to set up an agreement for your district.
What is the difference between the Nonprofit & Community, Programs & Groups, and K-12 plans?
K-12 plans are for school-wide or district-wide use: one flat rate based on student enrollment covers unlimited teachers, admins, and support staff. Programs & Groups fits a single classroom or activity, Nonprofit & Community fits nonprofits, churches, and charities, and both are priced per seat.
Can I allow teachers to upload but only allow parents to view?
Yes. Teachers and staff join as Contributors or Moderators, so they can upload and share. Parents join as Guests, and your school decides what Guests can do: view only, or also add photos, comment, share, or download.
